Double Chocolate Cookies

Product used - Mixer

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe Instructions

  1. Mix together butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla and continue beating until combine.
  2. Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  3. Preheat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Scoop the dough and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Press the tops of the cookie balls down slightly with the palm of your hand. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack.
