
Peach Sorbet
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2-4 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 Peaches, peeled and sliced
Recipe Instructions
- Combine water, sugar and lemon juice in saucepan. Cook over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Cool and transfer to a blender. Add the peaches and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to ice cream maker. Freeze for 20 minutes or until thickened. Freeze in freezer until firm.
