Pancake Batter

Product Used

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 2 1/4 cup milk or beer
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe Instructions

Place the flour, eggs, oil, and salt in the bowl with the metal blade. Blend for 30 seconds, then gradually add the milk via the feed tube and blend for a further 2 minutes.

The pancakes will be even better if the batter is left to stand for 2 hours. For lighter pancakes, you can replace the milk with beer.
