- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or 10 sheets
- 5 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 28 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- green food coloring
Blend graham crackers, melted butter and sugar in food processor. Press mixture into a pie pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Place lime juice, sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and lime zest in food processor attachment. Add food coloring if desired. Pulse until well blended. Pour blended mixture into pie crust and chill for 30-60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
