Dehydrated Turkey Jerky

Ingredients

    Marinade

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp pepper

    Turkey

  • 1 lb turkey breast

Recipe Instructions

Freeze turkey until firm. Cut into 1 in strips.

Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add turkey and mix until coated. Refrigerate for 6 hours or until overnight. Place strips on racks. Dry at 140 F for 4 1/2 to 6 hours or until no moisture is left when jerky is bent.
