Ingredients
Pumpkin loaf
- 1 ⅔ cup (208 grams) all purpose flour spooned & leveled or weighed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp all spice
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 cup pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup milk
Streusel
- ¼ cup butter (salted or unsalted is fine)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Maple Glaze
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar, sifted
