Peach Pie

  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp High-gluten flour (or Natural White from Wheat Montana)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract (or Watkins white vanilla)
  • Nutmeg (grated)
  • Peaches (canned or fresh)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°. Line pie pan with pie crust. In Bosch bowl combine egg yolks, flour, sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract. Pour mixture over canned or fresh peaches that have been placed cut-side up in pie shell. Grate fresh nutmeg over custard. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°. Lower temperature to 325° and bake an additional 45 minutes.
