- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz chocolate chips
Pulse the cookies in food processor until broken down into fine crumbs.
Add the cream cheese and pulse again until combined.
Scoop the mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval until fully melted.
Dip each ball in melted chocolate and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate is set. Store in the refrigerator.
