- 1 mayonnaise, bowls
- 4 gherkins
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 spring onions
- to taste parsley, chives, chervil
- to taste salt & pepper
- to taste lemon
Chop the gherkins, capers, onions, and herbs in the Mini Bowl. Set aside. Fold in the mayonnaise and pulse 2-3 times. Season according to taste.
Serve with minced raw fish or beef.
