Tartar Sauce

Product Used

  • 1 mayonnaise, bowls
  • 4 gherkins
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 spring onions
  • to taste parsley, chives, chervil
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • to taste lemon

Recipe Instructions

Chop the gherkins, capers, onions, and herbs in the Mini Bowl. Set aside. Fold in the mayonnaise and pulse 2-3 times. Season according to taste.

Serve with minced raw fish or beef.
