Phyllis Stanley – Nutritional Bread Baking

  • 2 cups Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts (or walnuts) (Pine nuts can be toasted in oven for several minutes)
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil (or garlic oil)

Recipe Instructions

Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, cheese, salt and pepper in Bosch food processor. Process until a thick paste is formed. With machine running, slowly add olive oil, (1 Tbsp at a time). Mixture should be smooth. Refrigerate and use as desired.
