- 1/2 cup dried banana chips
- 8 oz. yogurt
- 8 oz. milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- to taste honey
- 1-2 cups coarsely crushed ice
Place banana chips, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender. Whip until smooth. Add honey to taste, and blend again. Add ice and whip until ice is finely crushed and beverage is thinned to desired consistency. Makes about 3 cups.
Substitution: Any dried fruit may be used instead of bananas.
