- 4 tbsp white bean flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups chicken broth (substitute beef broth for brown gravy)
- salt & pepper
- Grind white beans in your NutriMill Harvest mill or other grain mill.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter.
- Sprinkle in flour and whisk until smooth. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
