
Cornbread Casserole
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup ground corn
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 stick Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mill 1/3 cup dried corn in the NutriMill Harvest or Plus, to make 1/2 cup of cornflour. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except cheese. Pour mixture into a 9×13 greased pan. Bake 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until melted.
