
Fried Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1/4 cup honey

Ice Cream
- Add heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a bowl.
- Mix to combine.
- Pour mixture into Bosch Mixer ice cream attachment
- Place ice cream attachment into mixer bowl
- Fill outside bowl with ice and rock salt.
- Place lid with stir stick on top of the ice cream attachment
- Mix ice cream for 20 minutes or until you reach desired consistency
Topping:
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add brown sugar, cornflakes, and cinnamon
- Stir until combined
To assemble:
Pour half of the corn flake mixture into the bottom of a 9×12 pan, spread evenly. Fold the whipped topping into the ice cream and layer on top. Cover with remaining corn flake mix. Drizzle honey on top. Freeze for 5 hours.
