Product Used

  • 1/2 lb stoned olives
  • 2 anchovies in olive oil
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3/4 tsp mustard
  • 1 lemons
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste pepper

Recipe Instructions

Squeeze the lemons and put the juice in the Mini Bowl with all the other ingredients, except for the oil. Blend for approximately 30 seconds to obtain a paste. Blend for a further 10-20 seconds, gradually adding the oil via the feed tube until it is completely absorbed.

Delicious on toasted slices of a country loaf or crackers.
