  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 onions
  • 2-3 drops tabasco
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions

Cut the onions into quarters and place them in the Mini Bowl. Pulse 3 times. Blend then add the avocados one by one (peeled and cut into large chunks), lime juice, heavy whipping cream, a few drops of tabasco and a dash of olive oil. Blix for approximately 1 minute to obtain a smooth puree and season according to taste.

You can garnish the guacamole with a little diced tomato. Serve with tortilla chips.
