Pecan Pie

“This is my dad’s favorite pecan pie.”

  • 1/8 cup white sugar
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 9-inch pie crust

Recipe Instructions

  1. Mix white sugar, brown sugar, Karo, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla together until well combined.
  2. Sprinkle pecans in pie crust first, then pour egg, sugar mixture over pecans.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 to 45 minutes.
