  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Coconut
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

Recipe Instructions

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla and mix. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until until stiff and glossy. Fold in coconut and flour. Mix well. Use ice cream scoop to drop cookies onto bun pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield 1 dozen large cookies.
