- Puree the fruit, honey (add more or less depending on how sweet the fruit is) and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the fruit mixture onto the dehydrator trays.
- Stack the trays and cover with the lid. Dehydrate the fruit leather at 140F for 4-12 hours. Dehydrating time will vary depending on the type of fruit you use.
- The fruit leather is done when it is not longer sticky to the touch.
- Cut the fruit leather into strips and roll up in parchment paper. Store in an airtight container.
