- 2-3 Dried red chili pods (Chile De Arabol)
- 2 Large cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/4 bunch Cilantro (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 (oz) can Tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
In Bosch blender or food processor chop chili peppers, garlic, and water (about 30 seconds). Add all other ingredients and blend until cilantro is finely chopped. Add additional tomato sauce or water if salsa is too hot.
Optional: Add fresh diced tomatoes and chopped onion for a chunkier salsa.
