Tornado Potatoes

  • 3-4 Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Garlic Powder
  • to taste Oregano
  • to taste Cumin
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º
  2. Spiralize the potatoes with the flat blade.  Rinse potatoes well after cutting, pat dry.
  3. Place potatoes on skewer and stretch the potatoes gently without breaking.  
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  6. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until crispy
