Ingredients

    Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
  • sour cream 1 cup
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Blend all ingredients in food processor until combined. Transfer to oven-proof dish and bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and then broil a couple minutes until golden.
