Roasted Garlic Focaccia

  • 4-6 Garlic cloves (roasted and chopped)
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 2 cups Natural white or other high-gluten flour (extra flour will be needed)
  • 2 Tbsp Saf or other instant yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Rosemary (dried)
  • Kosher salt

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients except rosemary and salt in Bosch mixing bowl and turn on. Add extra flour until dough cleans sides of bowl. Mix 6 minutes. Roll out flat, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake at 450° on pizza stone for 6-8 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with kosher salt.
