Meatballs

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 slices Toasted bread
  • Half of an Onion
  • 1 oz Parmesan
  • 4 sprigs Parsley
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 Egg

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F on parchment lined sheet. Freeze beef strips on parchment lined tray for 20 minutes. Use fine grinding plate and set mixer to medium speed.  Add meat, bread, onion, Parmesan, parsley and garlic to grinder. Place mixture in bowl and combine with cookie paddles. Add liquid ingredients and spices. Roll meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake 15-20 mins.
