Favorite toppings: cheese, tomatoes, green onions, bacon, shrimp, etc.
Grind ½ cup dried corn in Nutrmill Plus.
Pour chicken broth into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the garlic and slowly stir in the ground corn. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring frequently, until the grits are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cheese, butter and heavy cream.
