Gingersnaps

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Canola oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Molasses
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Beat together oil and sugar. Add egg and molasses, blend until combined. Add flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Blend until combined. Add 1/4 cup sugar to a bowl. Roll dough into a ball and roll in the sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
