Blender Mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • Dash Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups Oil

Recipe Instructions

In Bosch blender add salt, paprika, eggs, lemon juice, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, vinegar and honey. Mix until well blended (approximately 10-15 seconds).

With blender running, add oil a little at a time through blender funnel. After oil is added blend only until mixture is thick and smooth. You may refrigerate any that is not used for up to 3 days.

Variation: Aioli (gallic mayonnaise). Add 2 crushed cloves of garlic.
