  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • squeeze of lime

Recipe Instructions

  1. Add watermelon to a Magimix food processor. Puree until blended.
  2. Add corn syrup and lime juice and pulse until combined.
  3. Pour into Bosch ice cream attachment. Layer ice and ice cream salt.
  4. Churn the mixture for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
