Super Soft Sugar Cookies


    Sugar Cookies

  • 2 1/4 C all purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 C granulated sugar
  • 3/4 C butter, softened

Recipe Instructions

  1. Using the wire whips in your Bosch mixer, cream together granulated sugar and butter.
  2. Then add to your mixing bowl vanilla and eggs.
  3. Next add the baking powder, salt, and flour. Mix until there are no lumps in your dough.
  4. Cover and store in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
  5. Cover your cookie sheet with a baking liner.
  6. Set your oven to 350F. Roll spoonfuls of dough in your hands into a ball shape and flatten slightly. Make all cookies approximately the same size for equal cooking times.
  7. Bake 10-11 minutes. Cookies are done when the dough barely begins to golden.
