  • 1 cup Shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups Sifted flour
  • 2 tsp Cream of tarter
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon

Recipe Instructions

In Bosch bowl with cookie paddles cream shortening. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Roll into balls. Roll in 2 Tbsp sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400°.
