Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can Artichokes
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients and bake at 350° until it bubbles. Serve with crackers.

Variation: Leave out lemon juice. Add 1 cup sour cream and 1 can chilies. Decrease cheese to 2/3 cup.
