I made this ravioli recipe yesterday, but the recipe had a hiccup that I had to fix. The ingredient list is incomplete. This is a 3 cheese ravioli and there are only 2 cheeses listed. I was persistent and went through the video to see if the correct info was there… it was. The recipe shown here on the Boschmixer page is missing the ricotta. The video shows there is 1 cup of ricotta and 1/2 cup of parmesan and 1/2 cup of mozzarella.
So if you decide to make this recipe and you do not notice the discrepancy, your ravioli might not be quite as good as it should be.
