Dual wire whips create a triple whipping action and allow you to whip as little as one egg white over a cup of meringue.
The heavy-duty dough hook is designed to mimic the motions of hand kneading to stretch, tuck, and fold the dough for maximum gluten development, kneading 100% of the dough every 4 rotations around the bowl. With the included dough hook extender, you can knead as little as one loaf of bread (3 cups flour) or up to 14 1-pound loaves, with either white or whole grain flour. The powerful belt-driven transmission delivers adequate torque to knead light or heavy loads without overheating or bogging down. The dough hook can mix up to 34 dozen cookies in a batch.
Four suction feet on the base grip the mixer to your counter for optimum stability. Choose from 4 speeds and a pulse. Convenient cord storage. I have had my older Bosch Mixer for 38-40 years.
Bought most of the attachment and have really enjoyed it.It has made dozens of chocolate chip cookies.

Really saves time as I’m trying to provide a steady supply of natural yeast breads for my family. Is so incredibly simple to operate and works very well but I did have to figure it out for myself because the instruction booklet is TERRIBLE! I know my mixer can do many things besides knead bread but I guess I’ll look for videos online since as I mentioned before-TERRIBLE instructions.

I got my first Bosch mixer about fourty years ago, it survived 6 kids and almost daily use and it’s still functioning great. I took it to my cabin 15 years ago when I bought a new model. A couple of my grandkids were helping me make cookies before this last Christmas and were awed by this fancy gadget. They wanted to get their mother one for Christmas. So we did.
I have used a couple models made by your most popular competitor, they don’t hold a candle to the Bosch.

Thus far I have made a single batch of cookies, a thick batch of Springerle dough, as several batches of breads and the mixer is very versatile. I love that I no longer end up wearing half of the flour that I add to recipes, and that I don’t have to scrape the bowl while mixing. The bakers attachments and the bowl scraper are well worth the additional cost. I plan to purchase the stainless bowl soon.

I like the suction legs…I’m not chasing this mixer across the counter. I also like having more speed options. So far so good. Instructions are a little lacking. I purchased because I bake all my bread. Taking a little time to get used to this much power. Had to go to YouTube to learn how to disconnect the power train from bowl. No directions on how to use the dough hook extender but think I’ve figured that out. Love the motor on the bottom. Gives much more stability and no heavy lifting.

This Mixer is the best! I’ve had the Kitchenaid Stand mixer for years and the Bosch Universal Mixer is many times better. Its more efficient, faster, stronger, and LIGHTER in weight.
