December Highlights

December is always a whirlwind, you breathe in, you breathe out and it’s January.  I swear it gets faster every year.  Bosch Mixers headquarters was a beehive of activity, working endless hours, making sure all of our peeps had a wonderful Christmas. For those of you that are new to Bosch, welcome, we are excited to meet you.  Please feel free to ask questions and pick our brains while you get to know your wonderful new “toy”.  You can follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube for recipes and how-to guides.  Tag us and comment, we want to see all of your delicious creations!

I hope you all had a fabulous holiday season full of delicious treats and sweets.  Now it’s time to recover and eat a salad!  Of course we are going to shred and spiralize that salad with the Bosch mixer!

Today’s roundup of December includes a great introduction to the Bosch Mixer, titled opening the box.  It’s a good place to start.

Our Bosch expert highlight was our own Starr Leavitt, the office manager here at L’Chef.  If you call into the corporate headquarters there’s a good chance you’ll get her on the phone.  Isn’t it nice to get an actual person at the other end of the line?  You can be sure that Starr will answer your questions and if she can’t she will find someone that can.

Our last blog post included a plethora of appetizer recipes for the New Years Party.  Of course if you’re like me then appetizers are actually more than just appetizers.  They are real food, in mini portions so you can try a bit of everything.  They are also good for Super Bowl Sunday!  (Go Niners)

We did a little Cook’n with Kids video making salt dough ornaments with the Bosch Mixer.  It’s a perfect recipe for little ones to practice cooking, fool-proof.  Make original salt dough, or cinnamon salt dough with your kids. If you don’t have a dehydrator you can bake the ornaments in the oven, 240 degrees, 2 hours.

On Instagram we highlighted some of our favorite bloggers that use Bosch.  Please check them out if you get a chance.  You’ll find wonderful recipes and tips and tricks.  Trust me, these ladies have it figured out!
